When FOX MLS needed to figure out some branding for a new flagship show “Soccer Night in America”, I jumped at a chance to help bring exposure to one of my favorite sports. The only premise was that it had to have a somewhat fox branding style… ”Big and Bold” With that information I decided to break my creative down to the base level and asked myself. ”What is soccer?” Inspired by a recent trip to the field, I decided what better way to to bring humanity back to graphics packaging was to present creative that incorporates grass and dirt. Seemed to be a perfect fit with a underlaying story of platforms taking athletes to an assembling field where soccer heroes reign. At the bottom is another idea I started.
